What we collect
Airople Care Center (airoplecare.com) collects only what you choose to give us:
- Registration: your email address (required) and Amazon order number (optional), used to activate your 2-year replacement protection.
- Survey: your satisfaction rating and any comments you leave. If you leave a contact email in the survey, we use it once — to follow up on your specific issue.
- Entry channel: a simple tag telling us how you reached this site (for example, from the card in the product box).
- Anonymous usage statistics: which pages of this site are viewed, and whether a browser has visited before — using random identifiers stored in your browser. They are never linked to your email, contain no personal information, and go only to our own servers.
How we use it
- To activate and administer your replacement protection.
- To send service-related emails: the confirmation link, your activation certificate, and replies to your support requests.
- To improve our products and service based on survey feedback.
What we never do
- We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for their marketing.
- We don't send marketing emails without your separate, explicit consent.
- This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics — the only statistics we keep are the anonymous, first-party page counts described above.
Data retention & deletion
Registration data is kept while your protection is active so we can honor it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — email support@airoplehome.com from your registered address and we'll confirm the deletion within 7 days. Note that deleting your registration also ends your replacement protection.
